Football Manager - the most realistic, deep and well thought-out video-game, dedicated to the simulation and management of a football team. Players are invited to take the role of a manager of one of the football clubs of more than fifty countries. It s up to you to decide who will play and who sit on the bench, to communicate with the media and players to solve problems. As the manager you will have to make decisions about tactics and replacing players,  while watching the game in real time thanks to a new 3-D game engine.

• New game mode "Create a Club" - Add your club in the game using the option "Create a Club". This mode allows you to come up with the name of your club, pick your color, assemble your team, and even add yourself and your friends in the line-up!
• New Game Mode - "Fantasy Draft" - Assemble your dream team. Start with a fixed budget and from scratch to create your perfect team, competing with other managers in the fight for the opportunity to hire the best players in the mini-league.
• The manager on the sideline - Create your character, shout instructions, be directly on the sideline during a game. The manager is no longer a faceless person, it's your alter ego in the game world!
• Improved mechanics - More than 2,000 new animations, as well as graphical improvements and updated AI will make football matches in Football Manager 2016 even more exciting.
• Analytics - Sports Interactive entered into a partnership with the organization Prozone - the world's leading provider of statistics in the world of football. 
• Match analysis tools got a new functionality and become more comfortable in their application.
• A new tool that allows to create a ready-made routines used in the tactics of the game.
• More realistic injuries - Sports Interactive has worked with a group of physiotherapists and sports physicians to create a more realistic display and treatment of injuries in Football Manager 2016. Now the injury will be determined directly during the match. New injuries have been added, as well as the behavior of the players on the field are now linked to their physical condition.
• Dealing with the press - Press conferences have become much more diverse. New topics where added to diversify your communication with the press, as well as the redesigned system of questions and answers, which has now become more contextual. In addition, unemployed managers can now use media interviews in order to get back into the business.
• Statistics, statistics, statistics - Managers now have access to more detailed statistical information, made easy by the newly redesigned Statistics screen.
• Improved data visualization - Getting the information you need has become much easier, thanks to redone tactics screen, player review, as well as through transfer.
