Thanks a lot! The card has been activated successfully. You need a vpn connection to the USA and then you need to make purchases with it, paying with funds from your wallet (EA Wallet). ATTENTION! If you have previously funded your EA Wallet with cards from other countries, you will not be able to activate this one. This same error can happen randomly, so check if you have EA Wallet in your US payment methods beforehand. There is also a solution to this problem. Create another account, activate the card there and send a gift to your main account. Gifts can only be given through the Origin client at the moment, there is no such feature in the EA App.
