Everything is fine, the key came up (I entered the game on the official website, I play through Steam - the accounts are connected, so the chapter started quietly through Steam). The commission from the Tinka card came out 344 rubles - not very pleasant, of course, but, in general, not a problem (in the current situation, when the key to the new chapter is almost nowhere to be found).
