Usually pre-order keys purchased on Arena or Steam are activated immediately. Both pre-order and main purchase bonuses can be used immediately, but the update itself can only be used after its release. This is a different story. Having paid, you do not receive anything at all. On the release date of the update, you receive a key that, when activated, gives access to the update and its bonuses. There are no pre-order bonuses. The bonuses are the same as if the update was purchased after the release date - a share slot and an 80th booster.
