Everything is fine! The code arrived instantly, working. Just in case, on the advice of support, I cleared the Origin cache before installation and there were no problems. The only regret is that I didn’t know that the code for additional content is only given for pre-ordering on the game shop itself. Maybe you can put up that same content for rent for a fee? I would buy it)))

Everything is fine! There was a problem on the EA website, but the competent work of the operators (here) suggested: TRY ENTERING IMMEDIATELY IN THE EA APPLICATION (where you launch the Sims) and everything will be great!!
