There are a lot of complaints about the add-on itself, the most buggy add-on of all, patches are still governed by the main glitches it introduced into the game, but they have not been fixed yet. I will warn you: it is better not to rebuild plots in Tomorang into another type and not to build rental housing in other cities yourself. Because bugs!
