I made a pre-order on 10/09/24 at 9 am. The key appeared in my account on 10/30/24 closer to night, activated without problems, everything is fine. There was no key for bonuses in my account, however, on 11/03/24, support solved this problem and the key for bonuses appeared in my account. The key was activated without problems. Everything is great! Many thanks to the site! I really believed and hoped that the problem with receiving bonuses would be resolved in a positive way.

Everything arrived, thank you. But I didn't receive the bonus key for pre-order! This was very disappointing, as I was also really looking forward to it.
